Workshops to foster regional cooperation and coordination on topics of mutual interest including transboundary issues. Existing regional platforms for coordination and cooperation will be used as the primary foundation to bring national stakeholders together. For example, the political ICSD/IFAS processes and more technical processes such as ICWC, as well as the UNECE processes such as the Working Group on Environmental Management and Assessment (WGEMA) and the Joint Task Force on Environmental Statistics and Indicators (JTFEIS). Bespoke workshops would be arranged at the request of the countries.
